Transitional Housing Support
Apeiron Grace Community Inc is developing transitional housing to support mothers who need a safe and stable environment during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Our program provides supportive housing, education, and resources to help women regain stability and move toward independent living.
Currently we are working on one transitional home serving two residents while working to expand the program through partnerships and grant funding
